The flexibility of the Hanwell Radiolog system is enhanced by the revolutionary sr-1 smart receiver. The advent and proliferation of local and wide area networks, coupled with the requirement to have online live data available in multiple locations has dictated the development of the innovative sr-1 smart receiver.
This versatile piece of technology enables Hanwell Radiolog systems to monitor in remote locations, utilising industry standard TCP/IP for the communications protocol, by placing the sr-1 anywhere on your LAN/WAN. Indeed, multiple units in differing geographical locations can provide extensive, comprehensive environmental data within your organisation.
Connection to the sr-1 is not just limited to TCP/IP; in areas where there is no Local Area Network a dedicated phone line can provide all the communications required to access the environmental data stored within it.
In the event of power failure the inboard battery backup within the sr-1 will maintain functionality of the unit for up to 3 hours. However, should longer power outages regularly occur then the use of a Z411 UPS will maintain full functionality of the system. This flexible approach, combined with the use of high stability sensors, ensures results on which both you and your industry regulators can rely. Further, in order to minimise data loss under these fault conditions, the unit will automatically roll back to a reduced operating performance in the event of network or power failure.
The stylish and compact design of the sr-1 complements its electronic innovation and functionality. At Hanwell, we have incorporated our wealth of experience in environmental monitoring and the latest components and technology in the creation of a product with a unique combination of hardware/software benefits. The result is a specification associated with top of the range instrumentation available in a small and cost effective package.
